Client charged with strangling his wife in front of two minor children. Client pleaded Not Guilty and the case was called for trial. After all of the evidence was presented and closing arguments give, client was found Not Guilty.

Client charged with punching a female in the face multiple times and throwing her down a flight of stairs. Client pleaded Not Guilty and the case was called for trial. After all of the evidence had been presented, the Court dismissed the charge.

Client was charged with forcefully taking a woman’s property by punching her in the head and taking her phone. There were several eye witnesses present during the incident. We were able to fight and get the case dismissed prior to the case even being schedule for trial.
